Privacy policy
Short version: your data is yours, it stays private, and you can take it with you or delete it whenever you like.
What we store
Your account: email address, display name, time zone and plan.
What you put into Kaira: tasks, lists, repeating task patterns, trackers and their entries, calendar events, reminders and countdowns.
Nothing else. We don't track you across other websites and we don't run advertising.
Your data is yours and private
Every record is tied to your account and the database only lets your signed-in account read or change it. Other users can never see your data, and nothing is visible to anyone who is not signed in.
Not sold, not used for AI
We never sell or rent your data. We don't use it to train or feed AI models — every number in Kaira, from streaks to rankings, is worked out by plain, predictable rules.
Export or delete, anytime
In Settings, “Export my data” downloads everything as a file you can keep.
“Delete my account” permanently removes your account and every row of your data. This can't be undone.
